Came in yesterday because my heart rate was very high and dropped multiple times. I also have a cold and was scared so I wasn't thinking straight. I misheard some instructions the first guy told me when he came in my room, so when the next lady came in I had to fix it. The workers here need to know THE WALLS ARE THIN. I could hear everything you were saying about me on the other side of the wall, and that didn't make me feel great. Maybe have more compassion like your mission statement says. The doctor on the other hand who came and talked through my ekg with me was amazing!

Thank you for the change of environment of services of more understanding and respect for individuals like myself is pretty hard being Native American trying to seek help through healthcare providers to find a proper place to suit my needs when I need help when it comes to concern with my self. My health, my life, my integrity.

Great respect for all of the dedicated, hardworking professionals and staff at Providence Gateway ExpressCare.NO respect for the complete lack of cleaning at said location. Not just daily smudges, smears and daily goopy use left to greet each incoming patient, but also blackened build-up on walls, floors, around door handles and ants crawling on the floor. These long-neglected hardworking conditions have an impact on EVERYONE. Where are the permanent, on-site cleaning personnel? Medical teams NEED support in this ‘post-pandemic’ world! An irrefutably dirty environment affects everyone. SUPPORT our medical staff and professionals!
