We first met Ron to discuss remodeling what was a bonus room with duct work and basic framing into a fitness room. We did not really know what we were after in terms of design. Ron stressed that much of his work is for out of town owners, so he had no issue with our lack of specific direction. He worked independently, keeping us aware of his progress. Then, on schedule, we had the big \\\"unveiling\\\" and it was unreal. We LOVE what he did and it's amazing he made use of so many practical, yet visually pleasing design elements based on so LITTLE direction from us. We trust him, he did a fantastic job, and the cost was very affordable and reasonable. We would work with him again in a heartbeat!! A great guy on top of it all.
I used Little River to landscape our house last year and they were amazing. Not only was the final product amazing, but working with them was a breeze. They were easy to work with, responsive to questions I had, and have continued to be a resource to me with maintenance questions even though the project is finished. Great value and would highly recommend!
Eve has helped me, my partner, and our pup so much with her training. Gus is a young pup and with the help and guidance of Eve, we’ve been able to teach Gus effective obedience. We’ve been able to take Gus to the park, take him on hikes, and overall give him a more fun, loving, and fulfilling lifestyle. We couldn’t be happier with Gus’ progress and Eve’s support.
We just finished our kitchen remodel with Family 1st Building & Remodeling! This is my 4th kitchen remodel and my first time working with Family First. We could not be happier with the final outcome! This company truly cares about its customers and also protecting their health as well as their home during the entire process. None of the products they use pose any hazard to your health and they run a HEPA-type air cleaner during much of the remodel process to keep the air filtered and clean. From step one of this project, meeting with the contractor’s wife to discuss the project…it was obvious this company was different than the last contractors I worked with. They really do care about the impact the remodel process has on your family and they take additional steps to ensure the job is done right, safely and in a timely manner. For example, they covered the work area in heavy plastic and had zippered doorways to keep the dust/debris from entering the rest of the home. They were very considerate about covering the floors to protect them, they did not leave debris out in the yard and the work area was always left clean and tidy. We were able to still function for part of the remodel in the kitchen, as they were kind enough to put down some temporary countertops as well as a temporary sink to use during the period we were waiting for our Quartz countertops to be installed. This made the whole process much less painful- as I was able to still cook and do dishes! This company truly does put families first! They also are honest, reliable and have great communication skills. These are qualities that are very rare these days! Family 1st was truly a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate a moment about referring them out to any of my family or friends. The quality of work was outstanding and truly exceeded my expectations. We had our countertops replaced with quartz from tile. We had our high top, 2 step bar cut down into a single level. We had a new cooktop & downdraft put in as well as a new sink, instant hot, faucet, and all new subway tile backsplash. We truly love the newly remodeled kitchen! Thanks Family 1st! Jude

Debbie owns the salon and cuts my hair.Kayla does a great job on gel nails (when I get them done ;) My husband and my daughter have gone there and my grandsons when in town. Twice in the last month I've needed a last minute engineers certification for a closing-- and Julie came to the rescue in a PINCH. Once the home was fine but one home needed structural work before it could Pass certification and the lender would fund. AAA Contracting was there the next day--- in a very busy market. They moved jobs around for us. Wow!! What could have delayed closing for weeks-- ended up not affecting a thing in the escrow timeline. My clients have all been ecstatic. When you recommend someone-- you trust them with your own reputation. That's huge. But I trust these folks over and over to give my clients the best service. Really rad tattoo establishment. Been getting tattoos done with Zach for the last few years and it was a pleasure to finally make it down to his new spot from the greater portland area. Killer work, great atmosphere, good communication and good people. If you have something you want done, Zach will bring it to fruition better than you can imagine. Easily will make the trip back down for the next one.

My family hired Vic Russell Construction to put in a road for a subdivision. They were professional and respectful. They worked with the local government and followed all specifications required for the road certification. I would recommend them for jobs big or small.

Located inside Cascade Bark & Landscape Supply on the southern edge of La Pine, I rented a trailer made specifically for hauling a car. Everything about the experience was perfect including interactions with staff and the trailer itself. Also, I made my reservation calling the national U-Haul phone number. The representative I talked with there knew her stuff. I was thinking I had to travel 75 miles to Bend to pick up this trailer, but she suggested La Pine which was just 40 miles. I'm 66 and have rented from U-Haul dozens of time in my life (in at least 3 different states). This was by far the best experience. That's saying a lot because I've never had a bad experience. As a bonus, I discovered a great store for landscaping and gardening supplies. The prices are good and they stock some products I'll need when spring roles around next year.

La Pine residents rejoice, you don’t have to drive to Bend for quality eye care. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at La Pine Eyecare Clinic. My prescription was right the first time, the glasses fit just right, and everyone was really nice. It was a completely different experience from the one I had in Bend last year. I feel fortunate to have found La Pine Eyecare Clinic. I definitely recommend them.
