Once a person can finally get a message from the way less than perfect answering service that Norco has moved to who you aretryingtogetin touchwith, JJ and Taryce in the Lapine office are AWESOME and go out of their way to make sure your needs are taken care of. JJ is GREAT with her follow up and is also a pleasure to interact with.
I am so delinquent and sorry to the wonderful ladies that helped me with a problem I had while visiting Oregon last September. I ran out of nasal pieces and desparately needed replacements. Norco Medical was great, l had to change my oxygen provider because I had to change my medical provider because the prior insurance no longer accepted the insurance for the prior company. Norco was accommodating and explained the process to me on how to change my plan to them. They were helpful and professional.
