Our heating system failed in spectacular fashion. Lucky Duck showed earlier then scheduled and repaired the unit in a timely manner. Made sure the unit was clean, and tested.could not be Happier.

Amanda and Gene are such a gift to La Pine. Every time I’ve reached out, they’ve been thoughtful, responsive, and so genuine. Gene’s knowledge in this field is incredible, and Amanda’s care makes the whole experience even better. They’re the kind of people you can trust, and that means everything.
I had storm damage on my 5th wheel. I am handicaped so getting around was very hard. When they arrived to inspect (Kevin) was very respectful and courteous. The awning had to be replaced. Before he left i asked him if he could check my hot water heater. It needed a part as well. When the awning arrived they called ahead and was on time to complete repair. There was a minimal service charge, even though they made 3 trips. The awning was wrong for my 5th wheel. Not their fault. I highly recommend them. Great service and very knowledgeable. Equipment
