“We used Gooden and Harrison for our Manufactured Home install on a piece of undeveloped property. Overall, our experience was beyond my expectations. There were some speedbumps here and there and some timelines proved hard to keep but when it came down to it, they were very communicative and honest. Something that stuck out to me was when their sub-contractors came in at a lower cost (excavation and electrical) than expected on certain parts of the project they let me know about it rather than just pocket the difference like you see with a lot of other contractors out there. While on the topic of money they also called out items that I could do myself to help save some additional money.
Ryan who acted as our primary contact and project manager was always cool, calm and collected and always knew what the next step was when dealing with the county and other related entities. Gooden and Harrisons Crew was always personable and easy to talk to. JR especially acted with great care when he was on site and always made sure to talk to my Wife and I if we were onsite to make sure we were all on the same page about what we wanted to see in regard to how stuff was finished and executed.

This is a great crew, and I look forward to working with them again on future projects as they will without hesitation be my first call when I have construction needs come up“
