“In a sentence, they are extremely customer focused, highly professional and skilled.I contracted with McHenry after talking to many of the major contractors in the area and then talking to some previous McHenry customers, all of whom spoke very highly of the professionalism of this group.The kitchen and 2 bathrooms were renovated, meaning new cabinets, quartz countertops, lighting and sinks in all 3 rooms. New LVT flooring in both bathrooms and one new tile shower.McHenry is about so much more than just getting the job done. They are about quality and customer satisfaction through and through.The job was completed on schedule and on budget. Everyone I worked with at McHenry was focused on very, very high quality work and a deep attention to detail. There were a couple of small issues that were the result of sub contractors, but McHenry fixed them without hesitation.I can't speak highly enough of the entire crew. They had wonderful suggestions for some improvements that really added up to a better result. I asked for a few last minute changes and they were very accommodating. They worked with me on all aspects of the project, making suggestions as appropriate and at the same time listening to my preferences.“
