“Our tiny house is absolutely astounding. Great care and expertise went into the design, execution, and choice of products. Everyone we had contact with (the sales representative, the finance manager, the assistant production manager, the owners, the delivery coordinator, the delivery driver, the concierge service representative, and the warranty manager) was extremely friendly, communicative, and professional, all of them excelling in what they do. Mistakes were owned up to and fixed. This is a company that really cares about making beautiful homes of extremely high quality and craftsmanship at an affordable price, and they go out of their way to satisfy their customers.I would suggest choosing all of the upgrades you can afford, as it might make the difference between liking and loving your home.My only suggestion for improvement (unless this has been revised already) is that the website should include a rendering of what you will be getting once you have made all of your choices. We had to mix and match from the available photos, so we weren’t quite sure what it would look like all together. We weren’t even sure what the shape or layout of the house or the window placement would be with the upgrades we chose. We did get weekly build photos, and we are thrilled with how it turned out, but it would have been even better to have known in advance.This was an extremely quick and easy process from start to finish (less than six months). I highly recommend TruForm to build your dream tiny!“

“We have used Terra Painting twice (once for an interior job, and once for a whole house exterior job). Both times they did a great job and were very easy to work with. They showed up on time, did good prep work (cleaning, patching holes, masking) and did a great job with the painting (including getting windows to open that had long been painted shut). They also did some nice extras including staining of porch steps, cleaning a patio, etc. We are planning to work with them again to do roof treatment and staining of siding. Note: This is the company based in Eugene/Springfield Oregon. I think another review may have mixed them up with the similarly-named Terra Painting & Waterproofing in San Francisco, a different company.“
