“The Team @ Q&R Construction did a fantastic remodel of our downstairs basement. This is a renovation I had started, but was running short on time. We decided to do a 203k FHA loan, which meant more hurdles and extra inspections needed for Q&R to get paid throughout the job. Quaid & Amy helped us through the entire process, and i am happy to say we made it through in 1 piece!! LOL- construction is always a nerve racking affair, as there is always hidden issues and problems to overcome. Quaid is REALLY good at what he does, and our confidence in him paid off.
