“The Team @ Q&R Construction did a fantastic remodel of our downstairs basement. This is a renovation I had started, but was running short on time. We decided to do a 203k FHA loan, which meant more hurdles and extra inspections needed for Q&R to get paid throughout the job. Quaid & Amy helped us through the entire process, and i am happy to say we made it through in 1 piece!! LOL- construction is always a nerve racking affair, as there is always hidden issues and problems to overcome. Quaid is REALLY good at what he does, and our confidence in him paid off. The fit and finish in our crooked out of plumb/ out of square basement is absolute Top Notch ( The house is 76 years old, not a square corner to be found!! LOL) .
