“We are renovating a rental house and needed to replace the 30 year old furnace and ADD AC which the house never had. I called THREE companies to come out and give me an estimate. I only selected companies with 4.5 stars and above google reviews.
Elevate had 5 stars if I recall correctly. Michael from Elevate came out to give me an estimate which included modeling the home so he could size the equipment correctly. He went over everything with me, and was very personable. The other two companies did the same thing. When it was time to compare the estimates it was pretty easy as Elevate had a great price, but they also had better equipment selected (higher efficiency furnace, etc.). And Michael/Elevate found a couple of misses in the modeling of the other companies. So I felt good about my decision. Elevate came out for the estimate on a Monday, I made my decision on Thursday, and they scheduled the install for the following Monday. So just 7 days from estimate to install.

The crews arrived on time, and did the work in TWO full days. I checked in on occasion and offered some suggestions as the homeowner and they were very accommodating. I can be very picky. Their Project manager Jarrod was making sure I was informed and satisfied.

I coordinated a few items with their Office manager, Letty, who was amazing, thorough, and friendly.

We had one minor issue arise, and when it did the Owner Chase contacted me directly, and said he would make sure it was taken care of, and they did it. Jarrod personally resolved the one issue.

I liked it so much, I have since hired them at two other rental homes to do furnace maintenance.”
