“Dmitry came on time and promptly troubleshot the problems. Diagnosed it to a mismatch between smart high efficient thermostat from a different vendor and the heating system. Replaced the thermostat free of charge to a compatible thermostat which immediately fixed the issue of home not heating up properly.
