“These guys are phenomenal! They came out during the snow storm promptly when we realized our furnace wasn’t working and had gotten down to 53 overnight. Our install and warranty is through Wolcott who, after numerous attempts to reach, we found they didn’t have any contractors on call. These guys graciously came out, showed us what was wrong (frozen condensate line and others), and gave us tips on how things work for the future. Would highly recommend and we are so grateful for how promptly they got here and fixed our heat!!“

“I called Earthwise during the winter storm of January when our home lost power. When our power kicked back on the furnace wouldn't turn back on. I called and spoke with Steve who was very helpful and walked me through the process of getting the furnace to restart. I was able to get it back up running and our family was able to come back to a warm home. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable team!“
