“Well it happened again. I needed a roofer because I’m old and can’t get on my roof. And my man Austin came by a new house I bought and walked the roof. The house had moisture coming in somewhere but no one could find it. It ended up being cracked pipe seals. So when it rains only a little water came in. Just enough to heat and mold.
