“Summit was great to work with. I had a relatively small job that needed to be done. Ben was transparent that he had a lot of work lined up for the foreseeable future and said he would squeeze me in if he had some availability pop up. I had heard similar from a few other contractors and didn't expect him to remember my small job. To my surprise he reached out this past week, showed up, and did the job. His lines are level and his end product looks really good. He even recycled much of the wood i already had, saving me a lot of money on the cost of material. Ultimately Ben quoted me a much higher price than what he ended up charging me. I was able to take that extra cash and justify to my fiance the purchase of a nice pellet smoker. I couldn't be happier with the results, the timeline, the honesty and the customer service. Ben does a great job. I highly recommend his services. *in the attached photo Summit did the diagonal fencing on the right to define my property border. It was previously parallel with the other side of the driveway. He repositioned the fence along the property line and did a great job of matching the wood where he needed to add new pickets and reinforcing the support beams with a better, stronger option. Oriber was so kind and knowledgeable with what types of walkways we could do along the side of our house, we are so happy we went with the paver stones he recommended. We had just started the project when I realized I hadn't gotten HOA approval. He was very understanding and incredibly flexible while we navigated getting HOA's approval. Luckily, we the approval quickly and Oriber and his team were able to resume our project quickly! Highly recommended and we'll definitely contact them with our future projects.“
