Summit was great to work with. I had a relatively small job that needed to be done. Ben was transparent that he had a lot of work lined up for the foreseeable future and said he would squeeze me in if he had some availability pop up. I had heard similar from a few other contractors and didn't expect him to remember my small job. To my surprise he reached out this past week, showed up, and did the job. His lines are level and his end product looks really good. He even recycled much of the wood i already had, saving me a lot of money on the cost of material. Ben was awesome throughout the entire process of building our patio cover. From design and permitting to building and finishing details. He was professional, detail oriented, and completed a fairly large project (20’ x 24’) in a timely manner. Our family will enjoy having this addition to our house for years.
