Kitchen remodel. Brandon from Nikao was great. He was available when needed. He stayed within budget. He had a super suggestion that we took him on that opened up our tiny kitchen. I would rehire him again for our next project.

Brandon and his crew do excellent work. From the first interactions with Brandon we knew he would be our contractor. He provided ideas and design details that we hadn’t thought about. He also provided a master bath design along with a detailed quote for all the work we wanted to have done which was almost a full home remodel. He and his entire crew are great to work with. When he hired subs he made sure their work was up to his standards. He finished our job on time and at a competitive cost.I highly recommend him and would gladly use his company again.

Brandon and his team did an amazing job turning an under-used atrium in the middle of our house into a home office with storage above it. Brandon’s team was great to work with — they were considerate and kind and really good at what they do. When there was an issue with a subcontractor’s work, the team made things right. There was good attention to detail and generally good communication.
