It was a Christmas Miracle. I cant express my gratitude to Lloyd, Randy and the Team! During the 1st monsoon a few weeks ago, my ceilings began to leak, 1st one room... then 2, then the drip drip drip on my attic access. I feared the worse, my ceilings are going to cave in w/ no end in sight w/ the rain. Panicked, I made a random post on Nextdoor to get referrals. 1st response was Lloyd w Armadas. within 30 mins he was on my roof. over the course of the next days, Randy was a knight in Shining Armour, in the pouring down rain, tarped a big section to secure me til we could start the job. I could have & considered getting multiple bids & pouring over the details to save a dime here or there, but in the end... The extra effort to help me in a very scary time, no pressure.. just actual honest, hard working people that care about their customers safety was all I needed. I took a leap of faith & I couldn't be more grateful. The crew finished Christmas Eve, their lead guy on my job, came out on Christmas day!!. worked until dark, being so diligent to make sure the perimeter of my home had no nails, no debis ect ect. The job was done!! What would be the worst possible time to have to deal w/ this project, the bright side was Armada's good care.. I really felt like they treated me like family and i couldn't be more grateful. THANK YOU Lloyd, Randy and the Team.. You will always have a loyal customer w/ me! Really great work at good price. I shopped around for quotes from a few different local businesses to fix a leaky gutter, install a new downspout, and also install a barrier to keep woodpeckers from pecking at the attic vents.
Marco from Royal Gutters provided a competitive quote. They were able to match my square gutters (which are less common), in a color that matches the house perfectly.
There were some minor hiccups with communication about scheduling but overall I'm satisfied with the work they did for the price.
Very helpful staff and willing to find anything if they don't have it in stock.
Uptown is amazing. They are fast, professional and kind. The painting they did was fantastic and they were very meticulous about the work they were doing. The charity work they are doing is way above and beyond what most do. I look forward to using them in the future for more painting and of course my Christmas lights.
Clothes washer was banging so loud as water turned on and off you could hear it all over the house. Parfitt came out today, did a fix, and it's almost 100% quiet now. What a huge difference! Thank you.

NW Outdoor Living was recommended by a neighbor here in Eastmoreland. I had not heard of them but gave them a call. Robert responded immediately to my call and came to view the job. We needed a 100 year old Lava Rock Wall rebuilt after it was damaged by a fallen tree. The wall was 100 ft long x 3ft high with two returns. His crew did an amazing job rebuilding the entire wall making it better than it was originally. We are very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend them to anyone needing landscape work.

No one likes having to call a contractor to fix something broken, but if you need your well repaired, these are the folks to call. Lost water late at night, called first thing in the morning. They had a tech on his way within 30 minutes, once he arrived it took him 30-40 minutes to diagnose and repair the issue. Very fair pricing, amazingly fast service, professional staff. I won't call anyone else to take care of our well.

I walked in on a Saturday and was met instantly with a warm staff, happy clientele, and calm atmosphere. Beautiful! The place is beautiful. From flooring to decor, a very nice spa atmosphere. Well appointed stations, clean, and organized. Pleasing on the senses, the lighting is soft and air moves well, no chemical smells. I showed the gal at the desk my nails explaining I would prefer a different shape to the structure of the nail. I had gotten acrylics the end of May celebrating a birthday and was under impressed and over charged. In minutes I had chosen a cat eye finish and was seated with a wonderful technician who worked with the skill and experience her youthful appearance did not suggest. She prepped quickly after asking a few questions about shape. Next, she had me approve the shape of the pinky nail she built and my face cracked open so wide. “Perfect!” They are. She masterfully commanded the cat eye polish into a sphere shape resembling perhaps full moons, or gemstones, exactly as I had chosen. I literally squealed and giggled, they are so perfect! I had requested the same design from the previous salon, they did not quality control, they did not execute the design, and they didn’t care. My experience at Lush was the wonderful. In a hard economy where not everyone is willing to strive for a happy client, rather to just work fast, Lili at Lush is an amazing nail technician and an excellent nail artist. I will see them for lashes this week, also. They’ve landed a client for life.

I absolutely love natures acres. I have been bringing my dog to them for 3 years. I have never had an issue. They are very informative about how the stay was. Easy drop off and pick up. If you leave a message they are quick to call you back. Best kennel i have been to by far.

Had a tree go down and I was worried about the tree right next it falling as well, called up Alder Creek and the owner came out and gave a quote. A few days later, the tree's were gone, my yard wasn't tore up and they did everything as promised. Couldn't be happier.
