During a recent ice storm, I had a very large doug fur go down causing three others to lean and risk falling. After calling around to numerous arborists, I was referred to Alder Creek. While the other services could not give me a straight time frame (considering I have a tree about to go down on my house at any moment), I got into contact with Phil and within an hour he was on my property and within 3 hours, had all the at-risk trees down which allowed my family to return to a safe property.Additionally, freezing rain hit in the middle of the job and they still finished. Purchased 3 cords of Hard wood earlier this year and had two people come out ( a very nice man and woman ) shortly after scheduling delivery ( the scheduling lady on the phone I spoke to was also very nice ). My husband and I just started burning and the quality of wood is better than other places I've purchased from. The nice woman who came also took the time to explain to me that there we're a few pieces of cherry wood mix in and showed me how to differentiate it from the others. Definitely sold me on buying their premium wood for next fall/winter! Ive never purchased firewood before and was quite nervous but they were on time, professional, friendly and quick.
