Curt did an awesome job with the inspection. He was extremely thorough, took his time going through everything, and did a great job explaining what he was seeing as we went along.
His report was incredibly detailed and well documented, with clear notes and photos that made it easy to understand what actually mattered and what was just normal maintenance for an older home.
I felt a lot better about the house after having Curt go through it. He gave me a much clearer picture of the condition of the home without making every little issue sound like a disaster. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a thorough and knowledgeable home inspector.
Jeremy did an amazing job inspecting the home I was hoping to purchase. Very, very thorough and thoughtful. Overall very professional and incredibly well done!
Was prompt, thorough, and got our report to us in a timely fashion. Thank you!
