I have lived in my place for just short of two years, and last summer my AC did not work. I had someone come out, and they said there was nothing they could do. I was really hot during the heat dome, even though I had my air on, but there was no cool air coming in. That person was subsequently fired, not because of my issue alone, but that was telling.
Today, Matt, who came, said he was going to take care of me and figure it out. He was great. By great, I mean he explained everything to me in detail, answered all the questions I had, and taught me how to tell if the pipes inside of the HVAC room are working. We are so impressed with the service that we received from Bull Mountain Heating and Cooling when we had an emergency need for air conditioning repair. On the hottest day of the year, and less than 24 hours after contacting the company (after hours), we had an appointment for a technician to take a look at our unit. Ryan was courteous, friendly, and extremely eager to identify and resolve the issue quickly. He made it his mission to determine what was defective (the motor) and do whatever he could to get a new one in his hands and install it on the same day.
