Will H. came out to check out the ductwork. The two other companies did not crawl under the house they just reached down and took pictures. Will went under and did a temporary repair of the damaged ductwork. This was really above and beyond what others had done.
Megan!! I called this morning after going over to my son's house to find it freezing cold and the heater not working. You guided me through what might be the problem, unfreezing the condensation line was the fix. So while you could have come out and charged me you helped diagnose it over the phone, it was so appreciated during this storm we are experiencing. I hope your company continues to thrive!!!
