I highly recommend this heater repair service. This was my first time using them, and Ruben and Cesar were excellent. They arrived on time, were friendly, and clearly knew furnace repair very well. They came out to inspect and diagnose a furnace issue, and they took the time to explain what was going on in simple terms. They found that the heater had been installed incorrectly before, and they identified the real problem right away. I was very pleased with how thorough they were during the diagnostic visit. They checked the system carefully, answered my questions, and made sure I understood the repair options. Their pricing was fair, especially since this was not a quick...read full review
Always a great experience with Williams & Sons Heating & Air Conditioning. The tech was very knowledgeable about my ductless mini split heater repair and seasonal service, and took time to explain how the system works, what maintenance it needed, and how to keep it running efficiently. A neighbor was so impressed with how well my mini split heating system performed that he had a ductless heater system installed in his home too. We both have only great things to say about the service, from the office staff to the field technician. Since my last review, more neighbors have chosen a ductless mini split heating system based on my recommendation, and they are just as happy...read full review
I needed a new furnace installed after the old unit had a bad heat exchanger. Ruben gave me a very fair quote, and the whole process moved fast from inspection to installation. Once I approved the work, they scheduled the furnace replacement for the very next morning, which was impressive and really helped get the heat back on quickly. Jordan and the crew were professional, courteous, and clearly experienced with furnace installation and HVAC work. My furnace was in a tight space, so the job took extra effort, but they stayed focused and made sure everything was installed correctly and running properly before they left. They explained the work in simple terms, checked...read full review
