“I can't express how wonderful these people are. They are incredibly kind. About five years ago, I had a rather unpleasant experience because I could never get anyone to engage with me. However, Opal Day Spa has transformed significantly, so if you haven't visited recently, I highly recommend stopping by for a day of pampering. I once went in to see if they could match my foundation, and they did it flawlessly. The staff provided me with some lipstick, a makeup kit to go, a purse, and a few delightful extras, even applying my lipstick and encouraging me to consider my eyebrows. She truly excels at makeup application. Naturally, when my son mentioned he needed a haircut, I chose Opal Day Spa. The haircut made my son feel truly special. She fulfilled all his requests. It was the first time I saw him smile after a haircut. As a mom, I would have preferred his hair to be shorter, but that’s alright. He looked fantastic when it was finished, and witnessing his smile brightened my day. Thank you all for your kindness towards us. I felt completely underdressed, yet they treated me like a queen and my son like a prince. I appreciate everything you did for us. We will certainly return.”
