I have been seeing Valerie for a couple of months now and she is really good! She is slow and very focused on specific issues. I am a retired massage therapist myself that focused on deep tissue and I feel great after a session with her. She is knowledgeable with the muscles which is really helpful when you have issues you want worked! Highly recommend giving Valerie a shot!

Reviews
Crystal Threlkeld and her team are great! I highly recommend them. Always a good massage.
I’ve been seeing Krystal regularly since I moved to Bend 2 years ago. I can’t recommend her highly enough. She has an incredible ability to intuitively find the sources of tension. Every session feels purposeful, and she consistently helps me feel relief.
Beyond her technical skills, Krystal has the calming presence of a true healer. She creates an environment where you immediately feel at ease, and I always leave feeling physically and mentally lighter.
I feel incredibly fortunate that I found her. She has become an important part of my health and wellness routine.
P.S. She also has the best hair! 😄
