I work with Final Touch on many properties that we manage. One property in particular, the Grove Market Hall & Commercial buildings in Northwest Crossing, is VERY demanding, requiring not only janitorial services, but pressure washing, table bussing, assisting with lost & found, patio organization/management, and more. Over the past two years, they have patiently worked through some high demands from our tenants, provide excellent status reports with photos, and are super responsive to requests and changes. I couldn't be happier with my service from Final Touch. I rely on final touch for my real estate listings prior to hitting the market. Their scheduling manager has been extremely responsive and technicians have great rapport with homeowners (Victor is the man!). They always provide timely and professional service with exemplary work.When trades and services are in limited supply through the covid pandemic, I am happy to have found a service I can rely on thanks to the Final Touch crew. 11/10 would recommend!

Eric did such an amazing job! I work at the Ashley's in the Wagner mall and entryway carpet was in pretty bad shape, I didn't think it was possible to get clean. He actually got it clean! Was super polite and friendly!
