David sent his "tarp team" who evaluated our neighbors' tarping work. We were put on the schedule and the team arrived before the torrential rains began. The "tarp team" led by Emmanuel was fabulous! “We brought in Pure Environmental to provide a second opinion after our first mitigation team wanted to rip out and replace our entire kitchen following a flood from our dishwasher. Thankfully, we did. PE valued the quality of our old, high-quality cabinetry and recommended saving everything possible. They cut out only the necessary damp and damaged areas and kept the rest. “A fire sprinkler head burst in the office i manage during the record heat wave of '23. Jaime and Rick answered my frantic after hours phone call and showed up like HEROS. They had already put in a full 12 hour day at another job and without question or hesitation they jumped into my flood.
