Joe was an excellent technician! He was very detailed, professional, friendly, and made sure everything was done correctly. He took the time to ensure his work was completed properly, and I truly appreciated his attention to detail and great customer service. Overall, he did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Joe!
Our technician, Rudy, went above and beyond! It was by far the best experience we’ve had getting our carpets and couch cleaned. Not only was he professional, friendly and easy to work with but he left our carpets and couch sparkling clean!! We are so happy! Thank you for making our place feel like new again!
Second time using them here in Portland. Needed a fabric couch cleaned after construction and it looks like new!! Definitely recommend.
Great job! Carpets look new. Technician was personable and informative.
Only glitch was my confirmation email set the appointment at 1pm and the truck showed up shortly after 8am. Which was a better time but I wasn’t quite ready. He was very patient to wait for me.
