“I’ve had a great experience with Country Restoration! Carter came out on an emergency call (after a bathroom pipe broke) on a Saturday. Set up fans, heaters, and dehumidifiers. He was very professional, knowledgeable, polite and thorough! He explained everything he was doing and what the process would be going forward. I was very happy with his service. Just now moving into the repair phase and Daniel & Frank came out to get me an estimate to submit to my insurance company. Had a great experience with both of them as well! Very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly and explained the process so I understood what will be happening moving forward. “These guys did an AWESOME job! Suggested by my Realtor, Kyle Conway, New Leaf gave me the best rates and responded to my questions about the quote. The other guys I received quotes from did not respond to my questions when trying to get an apples-to-apples quote. The workers were quick, responsive to questions, polite, taped a plastic pathway, and cleaned up their mess as well. One guy even showed our husky some love with a belly rub! They checked back about a sump pump power being off and we found that the breaker had been tripped. I only poked my head in to see some of the work, but it seems nice from the hatchway. Won't know till the next deluge...”
