We had a water loss from a leaking dishwasher, and our insurance assigned ATI to handle the mitigation. During the initial work, an unexpected pipe was accidentally broken. While that could have been a frustrating situation, Andrew and his team responded immediately, took full responsibility, cleaned up the additional water right away, and made sure everything was thoroughly dried.
Andrew, Byron and Trent were professional, down-to-earth, and incredibly easy to work with throughout the process. Wow! What a crew!! You don’t even know the extent to which the service exists until you are in crisis and need it.
Andrew and Trent were AMAZING!! They were polite, kind and comforting during a time of chaos, confusion and worry. They communicated clearly and often, and they were very courteous and respectful of our family and our space.
These guys helped make for a very positive experience during a not very positive time. Thank you ATI!!
We recently had some water damage in our duplex. Our insurance company had ATI Restoration from Tualatin send their crews out numerous times over two to three weeks to do mitigation of the water damage. I was very impressed with the promptness, communication, neatness and professionalism of their crew. We were visited by Andrew, Trent, Braden and Byron. They always communicated with me fully letting me know they would be coming, then they would update me to let me know when they were travelling from one jobsite to ours. While at our home they were very couteous and professional and always cleaned up completely.
