18 Hook Ave #106, Toronto“Working with Breathe for our Wellness event was a pleasure. Great, professional partnership and stress-free coordination. The day of instructors were on time, professional, personal, with great attitudes and ambition to make the event a success. They overwhelmed all my guests with exceptional sessions and in the end, I couldn't have hoped for more!!! I cannot wait to work with them again.“
“I really liked this gym. I went here for a month while I had the one-month promotional offer. I attended mainly their cycle classes, but occasionally also did their HIIT and yoga classes. The instructors are all very nice and the interior is nice and cozy. Sometimes you would find a lot of people in the HIIT and yoga classes, which meant there wasn't a ton of room, but it was fine. Would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking to try it out!“

1402 Queen St E Suite D, Toronto“Marion Penny-Mallette is a miracle worker. I've never had a bad massage at Yoga Mamas, but once I encountered Marion I never looked back. She's not only highly skilled and knowledgeable as a Registered Massage Therapist but also warm, wise and welcoming as a human being. I look forward to our sessions like I would a mini vacation, and I literally feel it if I go too long without seeing her.
For example: I once I slipped on my stairs post-partum and landed on my tail bone. It was so painful I could barely sit down. But then I went to see Marion and after one deep-tissue session, I felt intense relief and stunned gratitude.
This place is wonderful in general, but people like Marion make it feel like home to me.

2053 Danforth Ave, Toronto“I got the two-week intro pass at The Pink Studio, which lets you try unlimited classes, and it was such a great experience! I tried Jazz, Pilates, Yoga, and even an ABC (arms, booty, core) class. Each one was amazing in its own way—Jazz was so fun and energetic, Pilates was such a great workout, Yoga left me feeling refreshed, and the ABC class was an absolute favorite! All of the instructors were incredibly welcoming and supportive, which made it easy to feel comfortable even as a beginner. I highly recommend The Pink Studio to everyone—definitely give it a shot!“

They’re very welcoming and provide great instructions during the class. They also offer different modifications so you get to choose what works best for you.“

702 Pape Ave, Toronto“This gym is in a new phase of life. Not that there was anything wrong with it before. I found this gym in late 2019, Covid hit, and they pivoted into some of the best outdoor workouts around. Rain, wind, snow we were out their barbells and all!! This year the original owners sold to one of their best coaches and his wife, equally gifted, Bernard and Jess. The attention and care they give to their members is second to none, they foster community, pushing yourself as far as you want to go, without pressuring, and truly take an interest in all members. Its not uncommon to see them there at 630 am and still at 7 PM with private clients. They have also hired some amazing coaches to assist them who bring their own individual strengths to the classes. If you are looking for a gym with a true sense of community ( everyone knows everyone regardless of the class or time of day you go) and caring, want to just get in shape or learn a new skill, or really push yourself to another Crossfit level, this gym is for you. Best decision I ever made in joining, and even better in staying with Bernard and Jess taking over. An outstanding place to be!!“

986 Queen St W, Toronto“Yesterday I had THE BEST massage I’ve ever had by Molly! I felt like I was on cloud 9 after and I can’t wait to come back again! The place itself is also so beautiful and peaceful, all of the staff were so friendly, there’s little treats and tea and juice being offered and you really feel cared for. Fantastic atmosphere and incredible massage 10/10!!!!“

372 Danforth Ave, Toronto“Krystle Thordarson is the absolute best massage therapist I have ever met. I was so lucky to get my first appointment with her a few years ago and I now will only see her. She is amazing at her job, professional, kind, courteous and a beautiful person. She goes above and beyond every single time and I cannot thank her enough. My experience each time is better than the last time I don't know how she does it, but she manages to out-do herself every time. I have taken my mother and a few of my friends to her too. She is the absolute best.“
