“Had a relaxing experience! Thank you!

* No On-Site Parking: You will need to park off-site.
* Chelsea Hotel Garage: Best option; cost $13.56 for three hours on a Sunday.
* Atrium Parking: Alternative nearby option, though access can be tricky due to local road closures.

Check-In & Reception
* Arrival: Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete a lengthy health declaration form.
* Staff: The team is friendly and welcoming.
* Scheduling: Abigail assisted with check-in, though she noted a 6:05 PM lobby return time that differed from the 6:30 PM time on the itinerary.

Facilities & Amenities
* Layout: Spa sections are located on different floors (see uploaded floor map).

* Water Therapy Area: Features a steam bath, hot jacuzzi, and pool. It feels similar to a smaller, quieter community center pool. Note that pool renovations are scheduled to start in October 2026.

Services, Dining & Packages
* Couples Massage: Outstanding service. Janet provided great targeted shoulder care and helpful tension-relief tips. You can request for her upon booking.

* Tea Service: Post-massage chamomile or lavender tea is provided. Avoid late-day appointments near the 6:00 PM closing time, as seating space in the lounge becomes unavailable.

* 3-Course Dinner at Bangkok Garden: Included as part of the package. The food was tasty and made for a nice end to the day. It’s just across elmwood spa

Pricing, Receipts & Overall Value
* Cost: Total package came to $544 (taxes included) for the couples massage and 3-course dinner.

* Insurance Receipts: Provided an insurance-receipt breakdown for $209.05 of the total cost.

*my verdict: Relaxing experience overall. It would feel pricey without insurance coverage to offset the cost, and there is a lot of room for improvement, but it remains one of the good spa options in Toronto for birthdays or anniversaries.”
