“I've been doing my lash extensions at Perfection Laboratory Midtown for quite some time now, and a review is passed overdue. I keep coming back for Stela, she is amazing. My lashes last for weeks, though she is very gentle in the process, you can barely feel she's working diligently on your closed eyes. And the results are always great. I strongly recommend them, I've tried out a few lash extensions places before but Perfection Laboratory is the best out there. Hence, I keep coming back...and it's been over a year now.“

“I took the LLR VIP class and it was absolutely amazing. Uli is hands down one of the most knowledgeable experts in lash lifts. Even with many years of experience, I learned so much. She gives honest, direct feedback—the kind that actually makes you a better artist, not just comfortable. Her class is incredibly jam-packed with valuable information, and you can tell how much thought went into it.

What I really appreciated is that the class has a clear timeframe to complete it, which helps with accountability. At the same time, when I was dealing with health issues and family matters, they were incredibly kind and gave me extra time to finish. I once had an issue where UPS charged an insane broker fee, and without hesitation they shipped out a replacement package via FedEx. Most companies would make you wait until the original package was returned, but they truly prioritize customer care.
