They were able to accommodate a last minute appointment i desperately needed. I had over trained this week and had a tight and irritated shoulder, extremely tense traps/ back of the head, and significant fascia leg pain. Andre gave me a deep sweedish massage. My shoulder was fixed by next day. And my over trained muscles felt noticeably improved within 24h i was fully functional. I may fire my sports medicine physio therapist and just see Andre from now on if elmwood is covered by my insurance.
