Othership Adelaide is a transformative space that fosters community and inclusivity, providing a sanctuary for individuals to regulate their emotions and relieve stress. The facility offers a sauna, ice baths, and a commons area, creating an immersive experience that inspires awe and belonging. The hot-cold-rest circuit is figured out and feels calibrated perfectly, optimized to enhance the experience. Guests are greeted by super friendly staff who make them feel welcome and comfortable. The guided classes take participants on a journey of self-discovery. Everything is clean and organized. While some may find it pricey, the majority of guests leave feeling amazing, energized, relaxed, and refreshed, already planning their next visit.
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my experience every time I visit. The guided classes are always so enjoyable and make the sauna and cold plunges more tolerable. It’s not easy to get into, but it’s so worth it once you build up your tolerance and make it part of your monthly routine (or more)!
I’ve attended twice this week and it’s all been positive. The staff are friendly and the experience was top notch. You have the freedom to do your own thing or take a guided class where the facilitator will take you on a journey to total relaxation and recovery. And if you’re not able to immerse yourself in the cold plunge completely you can ask for help, which was what I did and I was able to stay for 2 minutes. I highly recommend.
I had an awesome experience with Mike and Stella at Othership Adelaide during the few guided sound sessions taken. Mike took us all on a journey that left us feeling calm and energized. Everytime I do a session, I forget I came to work. Leaving the session I always feel more relaxed with a renewed perspective on what really matters most in life. I look forward to the next session and recommend everyone try it, even once for the great experience.
