“The staff here are truly amazing! They are so helpful and patient in assisting with selections. We were trying to find a match for some plank flooring in our house to replace a few chipped boards. Their expertise was much appreciated. They even allowed us to take home a sample to ensure it would match up with our existing floor. Note: unfortunately under the lighting of our home, the flooring was not a match so we did not end up ordering through them BUT my experience with Fitzgerald's has made this location my future go to flooring store!“

“Our experience with everyone from Len Koebel Flooring was excellent. Glen knows his stuff, he mixed the perfect stain colour for us and offered an affordable price for the work being done. He even went out of his way to do up our floor air registers at no extra cost. Shawn did a great job sanding and refinishing the floors and stairs and they came out looking amazing. He had to repair a piece near a cold air return and it came out looking perfect. Michelle was awesome to deal with making picking up samples and choosing the final colour easy for us. All in all it was an absolute 5 star experience, great workmanship/value for the money. I highly recommend them!Services: Wood floor repairs“

“We had PDJ flooring install carpet in our basement.. Kevin was very helpful in helping us choose the best one for our needs. It was quite a big job with some large furniture having to be moved. As we were doing that ourselves they did the job over two days, giving us time to prepare. The installer was polite and on time. He did a great job. Very happy with the overall experience with PDJ Flooring.“

“April and Dave were great when helping me choose the appropriate carpet. I was able to take some samples home before deciding including a large 12"x12" piece.Dave came by to take more specific measurements and when running late, he let me know early that morning that he would be arriving at 10:30am instead of 10am. I did not mind that he was late but its great i got the heads up.Sean the installer arrived on time today despite the weather and was very personable and talented. I asked for a 2'x2' square of the old carpet and he did it without hesitation.I highly recommend Marcella carpets for any flooring upgrades.Thanks again!“

“We recently had hardwood installed in two rooms and also a stairway. We wanted a match for our existing flooring but it was no longer available. Peter went above and beyond to find a substitute that would work for us. We were totally impressed with what he found. He also had the nosing for the stairs made up from the same hardwood so we had a perfect match. Throughout the entire process he was so good to keep in touch.Paul, the owner, was also very good to deal with.Our installer, Sam, did an excellent job. He paid great attention to detail, also made a couple of excellent suggestions during installation. He was respectful of our home. He was a hard worker.
