We had a great experience overall on our cork flooring and I definitely recommend using them. The customer service was very minimal but friendly in-store, Matt was patiently professional and friendly (although we never actually met him in person!), the guys that delivered the flooring were on-time and efficient, and the installers were punctual, professional, and created an absolute minimum disruption in our household as they toiled - and mostly they even cleaned-up after themselves.. (The guy who did our stairs seemed quite attentive to detail to get them "right". My husband and I recently ordered hardwood flooring from Brodrecht’s. Our experience was extremely positive from the customer service to the quality of workmanship during the installation. I would highly recommend Brodrecht’s for any of your flooring needs. They are amazing!

We were so happy with the service. We were difficult with changing our minds. They were so understanding and able to accommodate. The installers were also in and out and cleaned up.I would highly recommend. We did plank and carpet.
