Tri City Painters is a local painting company that has received mixed reviews from customers. While some have had a positive experience with their service, others have faced challenges with communication, quality of work, and timeliness.
On the positive side, one customer had an "absolutely wonderful experience" with Tri City Painters. They found Norm, the company representative, to be exceptional in his prompt responses and ability to answer all their questions. The painter, Ron, was also described as meticulous and did an outstanding job with the exterior painting.
However, another customer had a less satisfactory experience. They faced delays in the project, with the painting work taking over two weeks to complete, impacting their other contractors. The communication from the company was poor, with the customer having to follow up on their own to confirm the start date and time. Additionally, the quality of the work was not up to par, with areas left unpainted and the staining of the staircase railing turning out poorly, requiring the customer to seek additional professional help to correct it.
Despite these issues, the company did acknowledge the unsatisfactory staining job and sent a new painter to the customer's home to resand and restain the area, which the customer was much happier with. The company also provided a small discount on the final bill, which the customer appreciated as a gesture of goodwill.
Overall, Tri City Painters seems to offer a mixed experience for customers. While some have had a positive and professional interaction, others have faced challenges with communication, quality of work, and timeliness, which the company has attempted to address in some cases.
