We had a fantastic experience with Jason and his team. We had a leaking roof, and I got quotes from 7+ companies in the GTA. Jason was the only one who actually explained what the problem was and walk me through what needed to be done. He gave me a clear idea of how much extra we may need to pay with the problems he anticipated when the roof came off. He seemed very comfortable with an old Toronto house, and the specific challenges that this comes with. I called Canadian Roofing Company as I was concerned about the condition of my roof and thought that it may need to be replaced. Jason came by my house to take a look at my roof. He spent almost a half hour reviewing and discussing my roof and was honest enough to tell me that it was in relatively good condition and did not need replacing for the time being. I really appreciated his honestly and time spent with me even though I did not need a new roof. He explained everything to me in great detail, including, regarding my old chimney, which was very helpful.
