About Downtown Roofing

Downtown Roofing is a small, family-run business that has been providing reliable roofing services for decades. The father, Joe, has over 40 years of experience in the roofing industry, while his son, Aaron, has been working in the field for over 20 years. Together, they form a skilled and knowledgeable team that can handle any roofing problem.

Downtown Roofing is known for its honest and professional approach. They take pride in their work and use only the best materials to ensure the longevity of their projects. The company may not always be the cheapest option, but customers can rest assured that they will receive high-quality workmanship and a job well done.

Customers have consistently praised the team's excellent work and fair pricing. Another long-time customer, who has used Downtown Roofing for over two decades, described the team as "the finest in the GTA" and appreciated their transparency and attention to detail.

Whether it's a large-scale roof replacement or a minor repair, Downtown Roofing is committed to providing exceptional service and standing behind their work. Customers are encouraged to call or email the team for a quote or any questions they may have.

Joe his son Aaron and the rest of the team were fantastic.

It was all broken down in terms of what type of shingles to be used and what type of insulation and Icebreaker on the roof as they call it. Well of course I used the most highest quality shingle that would do the job and we had to we have to wait for a little bit more time to complete the job because due to weather conditions but so far doing the back shed was amazing.

Joe and his son are so easy to work with and they explain everything in detail and go through everything with you that you're sure enough to have the confidence that you need to go through with a job.
This is why I have them booked for May to… read full review

Great work at a fair price! Aaron and his team just replaced the peak roof on my Victorian rowhouse. There were several layers of shingles to remove. They did an excellent job, tidied everything up, and the new shingles look great. Aaron also did my flat roof over a decade ago and it is still going strong. He also came in the early days of the pandemic to do a repair on my old shingles when we had a leak. Always professional and polite. Highly recommended.

Downtown Roofing? Finest!
A family business of a son and a father. Joe the father and his son Aaron and his team are one of the most nicest people you will ever meet for your roof. Not all shingles are created equal. Joe will explain to you the difference between a fine shingle and a low-budget single everything is put out and is very transparent.
My family has used this whole team of jokes for over two decades now. My uncles use them my parents use them I use them everybody I know is very happy with her work down to earth you can speak to just ask for Joe or Aaron he will not be disappointed.
Look no further and I can tell you you will be satisfied and you will actually… read full review
