I had a phone interview last week and was advised atleast I'd get a call back. Even if I didn't get the job, absolutely no common courtesy and just posted it again on Indeed.

Worst company ever. Wanted to charge 14k to replace two shelves and extend a gable so we could install a coffee machine. Minor stuff! They then expected us to do all the removal of the old shelves. Once we saw the quote for the little they were doing we said forget it. They kept our deposit ($1200) for 5 minutes worth of work (measuring) then said too bad on your deposit you signed a waver. These guys are brutal and rude. Avoid at all costs.

Irpinia used to have a facility in my city but left a few years ago. The cabinets are extremely high quality. We needed a cabinet door adjusted for a new oven, and the Richmond Hill operation did an outstanding job of adjusting the door at a very fair price, very quickly.
