“My wife and I visited this place when shopping for a kitchen for our basement. The manager of the store was professional, she showed us a demo kitchen, that we liked, and we put a deposit on. We were asked to visit again a week later to finalize the order. On the day of the second visit, we were told that some of the features on the demo model were not included and that each additional feature would cost extra. We were given a refund for our deposit even though, legally, they were not obligated to refund us.They were professional and friendly throughout the whole process“
