“I am very pleased with my new kitchen. There is a showroom where you can plan all your kitchen needs and test out different colours, textures and styles. The sales rep was so patient and accommodating, offering suggestions along the way.

Once I made all my choices, I was given a very reasonable estimate and an expeditious start date. That in itself was a big plus.
The whole process from start to finish took under 3 weeks. The complete demolition was done in 2 days. By the end of the second day, I had a lovely new floor. Workers always showed up on time when expected. All issues and concerns were addressed immediately.

However, the shelving in the lazy Susan is of an inferior quality and after several attempts to have it rectified, I am sadly still stuck with it. I have already cut my hand twice on the metal and pieces of the plastic surrounding the centre pole have broken away. I am disappointed with this one issue.

Using Intact was a very positive experience, while they were doing the work. I would recommend them, but keep an eye out for inferior materials.“
