“Working with Karyn was amazing. She understood immediately what I needed to accomplish. However, communication fell off when it came down to a discussion about how narrow the closets are.
An oversight of mine to change a door and not discuss it to Organized Interiors left the situation worse but when the installer didn’t communicate the lack of standard hanger width that was a complete surprise to me because once hung a hanger it was glaring as to narrow and unusable the space was.
We are now rectifying the situation at a cost snd inconvenience to me.“
