Last weekend I brought my little sister in for her 10th birthday for her first big girl hair style.
The staff were amazing, not only made her feel like a big girl but held amazing conversations with her. (shes very mature for her age might I add) .

I've been going to Jim for over 50+ years now. I followed him from his old spot in the Whitby Mall to where he is now, and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. It's rare to find that kind of loyalty and consistency these days.
Jim has a great crew of three other barbers working with him, and honestly, they're all excellent. You can't go wrong with any of them-I've sat in every chair over the years and always walk out looking sharp.
What really makes the place special is how they treat you. It's a walk in shop , so no appointments needed, and once you have been in a few times, you aren't just another customer.They all remember your name and more importantly, they remember exactly what subjects you like to talk about. The conversation is always as good as the cut.
Just a heads up for anyone new: it's cash only, so come prepared.

“I was one of the recipients of the Mane Event Makeover and I can honestly say I have never been more taken care of. The amazing ladies at Brooklin Mane treated me so well. It had been 3 years since I had a hair cut and even longer since I got my hair coloured! I left looking and feeling like a princess. Steph did an incredible job cutting, colouring and styling my hair. Stephanie R waxed my eyebrows in the most gentle way I barely felt anything! “I have been a client for many years now, Gina taught me all i know about henna and my hair grew stronger and thicker thanks of her. Recently i made the mistake to try chemical process again and boy did i regret it. A hairdresser bleached my hair without telling me, well I ended up with dry and brittle hair. But thanks god Gina is always there for you if you need help. I treated my hair several times with henna and fixed the color with indigo+cassia+ amla + aloe for dryness.
