“It was my first time at the clinic. The team was professional and patient. The vet listened to my concerns and answered all questions. My cat was nervous but he was taken care of in calm and gentle manner by the team. I liked that the Hillside team did not bombarded me with all procedures and huge estimate. The vet was reasonable what my cat needs at the moment. Also, the follow ups are a nice touch.”
