We recently brought home two new kittens and have had some very stressful health concerns arise, and the care we received from both Dr. Sherry and Dr. Friendship has been exceptional.

They have both been extremely upfront, direct, compassionate, and supportive throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated their honesty and willingness to clearly explain what was happening medically, while still being kind and empathetic during a very emotional situation.

At no point did I feel dismissed or rushed. They took my concerns seriously, answered my questions thoroughly, and genuinely seemed to care about the wellbeing of the animals as well as the emotional toll on their owners.
