I would like to thank all the staff at North Yonge. Dr Arzem, Dr Hansfor, Melissa and Emma for their kind hearts during our difficult time of having to put our loved Lucy Lou down. They were very compassionate during the whole process and even made a paw print for us to have. As well they made a donation to the OVC Pet Trust in Lucy's name.

Today was my first visit with our pet bird and I would have to say I was very impressed with the staff . They all were friendly ,professional and knowledgeable . Special thanks to the Vet Sarah Hansford who quickly determined what was wrong. She was very caring and gentle with him. Would highly recommend this clinic .
They were all very nice and caring..They would tell you what was wrong and very helpful.Sophie was a little nervous and then she calmed down knowing they were there to help her and not hurt her. I would recommend them. I'll be bringing my other cats in and bearded dragon lizard..Thank you!!!
