“I am truly grateful to have stumbled upon Angie through reddit and instagram research - I wanted someone who had experience in creative colour ( in case I do that in the future as I love to switchit up) BUT also has an understanding in babylights/teasylights and keeping things natural and grow out well - WOW! She absolutely killed it (in a greatway!!!) my hair looks brighter (my blonde is popping more!) I feel blonde BUT she also added dimension and corrected lots of banding from my previous colorist. My previous colorist is so chill and an amazing person that i've been hesitant to make the leap elsewhere, but too many highlighting faux-pas and over processing have happened in the past, loads of hot root bleeds from highlights into other areas. etc. ANGIE saw the inconsistencies and wanted to fix them (I'm so grateful I sort of brushed them under the rug for a while convincing myself highlights are imperfect overall but look good altogether). BUT NOPE, you can and should heighten your expectations of your hair! Angie was able to reaaaalllly blend things. She used a 7 and weaved that as well as bleach throughout my hair with teasylights. My hair is just prismatic, so much shine and that effortless did-she or didn't she? blonde transition and blending with my natural roots and some scandi hairline money-pieces bits.LOOOONG review, but if you're on the cusp, debating a better experience, you are worth it and go for it! Angie was so focused throughout the experience, you can tell she loves what she does and is imaginative as well as she is technically skilled. Babylights/teasylights are NOT easy nor offered everwhere but she has the skillset for this service. I'm also really happy with the conversation that preceded the colour service, where we discussed exactly what we'd be doing and Angie had some great suggestions while also listening to what I wanted. She overdelivered! I'm 100% coming back. THANK YOU.“

Since moving to Ottawa last June, I tried 17 different salons in search of the right place. I'm not a difficult person—I simply value consistency, genuine care, and stylists who take the time to truly listen. For months, I left appointments feeling like something wasn't quite right, until this visit completely changed that.

My appointment with Paris was exceptional. She approached everything with calm confidence and genuine expertise, taking the time to understand not only what I wanted, but also what would work best for me. Her precision, attention to detail, and thoughtful suggestions made me feel completely confident in her hands.

Nothing felt rushed or routine. I felt genuinely cared for from start to finish, and the level of service was on another level entirely. The result was even better than I had hoped for. My hair looks healthier, fuller, and beautifully styled in a way that still feels like me.

After such a long search, it's incredibly rewarding to have finally found a salon that not only meets my expectations but exceeds them. I can confidently say I have found my salon, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paris to anyone looking for exceptional skill, professionalism, and outstanding service.

My only concern involved the owner, Amir. During my appointment, he came over to speak with Paris in Farsi. There is absolutely nothing wrong with speaking another language. However, he appeared to assume that I wouldn't understand the conversation. The irony is that I understood every word. That assumption struck me as unprofessional in a client-facing environment. Whether intentional or not, it's important to remember that clients may understand more than we realize, and they should always be treated with the same level of professionalism and respect.

That said, this experience will not discourage me from returning. Paris is a truly gifted stylist, and she has earned my trust and loyalty. She is the reason I'll be coming back.“
