I used the on line appointment option for this location with excellent results. My appointment with the stylist was handled as scheduled and she was friendly along with being knowledgeable and efficient. I am so pleased with the haircut and will definitely recommend the salon.
Today I didn't have an appointment and lucky me I was taken in immediately. I have a great respect for anyone who drops what she was doing at the desk and take me in immediately. I believe I was there about 45 minutes and happy to have my hair shorter. I am happy to have a good cut so easily done, so my day got better quickly. Thanks.
Patricia did a great job with my hair and listened well to what I wanted. She asked me questions throughout to make sure I was getting what I wanted and was able to give me the haircut I wanted down to the smallest detail ! Even when we thought we were done and I mentioned something she said oh I can do that for you sit back down and she fixed something without me even asking ! Very nice and friendly, made me feel comfortable right away.
