I've been dealing with very tight muscles in my neck and back for a long time, and the pain can be quite uncomfortable. My physiotherapist, Vrutika, has been amazing in helping me find relief. She uses a combination of hands-on massage therapy, stretching, and therapeutic machines, which has made a noticeable difference in reducing my pain and improving my mobility.
What I appreciate most is that she takes the time to thoroughly treat the problem areas and never rushes through the session.
