After getting my second knee replacement the hospital referred me to Lifemark for my therapy needs. Jaipaul Dhaliwal was assigned to me and to say I have been well served and taken care of over the past few weeks. Jaipaul has a wonderful personal side and we clicked from the first appointment! He explained his process in detail and also took great care to ensure my knee would improve quickly through exercises, massages and bike therapy. After 4 weeks he is happy with my progress and I could not be happier he was there for me the entire time. If you are looking for quality service and results, then I reccommend Jaipaul very highly for his patient care and excellent skills.

Eimen Shahbaz has been my Physiotherapist from April to September, 2023 following a car accident this year and it's an absolute pleasure for me to write this review. From our first meeting I was impressed by her professionalism. She was able to make me feel comfortable so it was easy for me to relax and trust her. She always showed genuine interest in whatever I had to say but what really impressed me was she took the time to explain whatever she was doing and the benefits associated with each procedure. I broke my wrist back in March and started seeing Eimen in June. She worked with me consistently while also being very friendly and sensitive to my situation. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything she is doing and always checks with you first before doing anything. Highly recommend her for your phsyio.
